Commission Details

General Process

• Submit the commission form.

• Allow 1-5 business days for review.

• Receive an email regarding the acceptance or refusal of the requested commission.

• If accepted, Client and Artist will discuss, draft, and finalize the commission details. 

• Sign the Agreement contract.

• Make an initial payment of half the total cost. Cannot be refunded. 

• Duration of the commission process may vary.

• Review the final piece.

• If approved, Client will pay the remaining cost and receive the final product. No refunds. 

• If unapproved, Client will withdraw the acquisition of the final product, and final payment is not required.

• Client is allowed to cancel the commission at any point.
